These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between LYNX TECH & MEDIA LIMITED and you. By accessing our website, using any of our software products, or engaging our professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide custom software development, IT support and managed services, cybersecurity, CCTV installation, digital transformation consulting, IoT solutions, branding and design, media production, and IT equipment procurement.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to active clients. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual proposals and contracts.

All software, code, designs, content, and branding materials we create are our exclusive intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use our services for your business purposes.
Custom development deliverables belong to you upon full payment; our underlying frameworks, libraries, and internal tools remain our intellectual property.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach or non-payment. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees and to cease using the affected services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved through the courts of Malawi.
